The more you write, the better our first reply. Most enquiries get a thoughtful answer within one business day. We take on two projects a month, and earlier emails get earlier slots.

Nope. About half our clients are within a day's drive of our office. The other half are scattered all over the country. We run weekly video calls, share documents in plain folders, and travel in person when it actually makes sense. For project-day visits we charge travel at cost, never marked up.
Yes. On final payment, the code, design files, copy, hosting accounts, and analytics all transfer to you. You can switch hosts, fork the repo, or hire someone else the next day. We don't lock you into a proprietary CMS, and we don't hold anything hostage for leverage.
We eat it. We quote flat fees on purpose so the pressure to be efficient sits on our side of the desk, not yours. If you change the scope (new pages, new features), we'll quote that separately, also flat, before we touch it.
Straight answer: usually three to six months for technical and on-page changes to compound, and around twelve months for the full lift. Anyone promising faster is either lying or taking shortcuts that age into penalties. We'd rather under-promise and beat the estimate.
Then we slot in. We'll do the audit, the briefs, the technical SEO, and the content strategy, then hand the implementation to your team. We're happy in a quiet supporting role, and we discount the work accordingly.
No. Flat-fee work only. It keeps our incentives clean and our advice honest. If a project is a great fit but the cash flow isn't, we'll quote a phased plan instead.
Because we only take two projects a month and keep the client roster deliberately focused. There are ten projects listed on the work page. Older work is available on request.
Email us and we stop the next month. No clawback. No exit fee. No last-month surprise charge. We hand over the documentation and wish you well.
